The Sock Journal by Jackie Erickson-Schweitzer and Catherine Wingate is the follow up to the popular Sock Calendar. The Sock Journal features 12 new sock patterns, one for each month. Patterns use varying techniques including lace, beading, cables, and textured designs. There is also a short how to section and directions for several different style toes and heels. The calendar portion has a page for each month with spaces to write important dates. The calendar years are from 2005 through 2009, making this a very useful book.
